Sound + Story is not a sound bath.
And it’s not a keynote.

It’s an immersive, multi-sensory experience that integrates sound, guided reflection, and story to support nervous-system regulation, insight, and connection.

Using quartz crystal singing bowls, gentle percussion, and spacious soundscapes, I guide the body into a state of rest and regulation. From that grounded place, story, imagery, and reflective prompts invite meaning to land—not just in the mind, but in the body.

This isn’t about checking out. It’s about coming back to center—where clarity returns, creativity opens, and your truest story has room to surface.

Every experience is developed in partnership with you and shaped around the people in the room—whether the goal is restoration, renewal, presence, or deeper connection.

I needed a contemplative space—a place where my body could finally sort through all the noise inside. Church felt noisy. Home felt noisy. Work felt noisy. I needed sound, but not noise—you know what I mean?

When I experienced my first sound bath, something in me softened in a way words couldn’t reach. The practitioner said the tones of the bowls were the closest thing to the sound of outer space—the music of the spheres. It felt ancient and expansive at the same time.

I kept returning—not as an escape, but as part of my healing and restoration after years of burnout and interuption.

Eventually, I chose to go deeper. I became a certified sound practitioner, studying under two respected leaders in this field, because I wanted to integrate immersive sound into the spaces where I already speak, teach, and guide others.

Today, I weave story and sound together to create immersive experiences that give you the space that was made for me. As a leadership coach, classically trained musician, and lifelong storyteller, I find this brings so many of the gifts I want to give others together—-intuitive, empathetic, nurturing space to heal.

Alyssa Del Sesto | Educator & Sound Practitioner

Immersive sound experiences have become a leading-edge modality for restoring the nervous system and promoting overall wellbeing.

The pure frequencies of quartz crystal singing bowls create resonant vibrations that help the body recalibrate to its natural rhythm—lowering stress, calming trauma responses, and improving focus and emotional balance.

Many of the world’s top academic and medical institutions are now studying the measurable effects of sound therapy on brainwave states, nervous system regulation, and holistic healing. When sound surrounds the body, it speaks directly to what words cannot—helping us return to peace, presence, and harmony.
